About Us

How we work

Night Owls Citizens On Patrol is a group of like minded volunteers who patrol our communities as a crime prevention measure. We patrol by vehicle, foot or other means as required. We also attend events in our communities which promote crime prevention and security.

We are supported by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Alberta Solicitor General.

Through our efforts, we promote safety and security to all members of society, reporting to R.C.M.P. and local law enforcement.

Our mandate is to be the extra eyes and ears for the Police.

Come Join Us!

We want our communities to be crime free and one of the ways to do that is to get out there and patrol! A criminal record check is required by-yearly, a driver's licence and a minimum of 4 hours per month, plus attend local events. Your time is yours we have flexible schedules!
